Bobby Henard Tire is a family-owned and operated business and has been in business for 54 years offering tires for just about anything while specializing in farm tires. We’ve worked hard to create a fantastic work environment where each employee is treated like family.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Install new and used tires on customers cars, trucks, suv’s, trailers, atv’s, and just about everything else you can think of. 
• Mount, dismount, balance and repair tires to meet customers needs
• Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 points occasionally 
• Communicating with customers, vendors, and business contacts, as needed
• Responsible for keeping your work area clean, as well as assisting with facility cleanliness
• Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively 
• Working in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Requirements 
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner*
• Other duties as assigned 

Interested Applicants Must Have: 

• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• A spirit of cooperation and teamwork
• A high level of organization and attention to detail
• Motivation to improve personal performance. The want to take an active role in seeking training or other opportunities for growth and development 
• The ability to keep personnel and company information confidential
• The ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Be able to work Saturdays 8am-12pm, overtime as needed
